1. Where we ship
Jozi Markets ships across South Africa. Our own vehicles run the Johannesburg to East London corridor; everywhere else goes by courier or PAXI. We do not ship outside South Africa.
If a delivery option does not appear for your address at checkout, we cannot currently reach it on that service. Email info@jozimarkets.com and we will tell you what is possible.
2. Minimum order quantities
This is a wholesale platform, so most products carry a minimum order quantity. It is shown on each product page, and the quantity selector will not let you go below it. Some products also have volume pricing, where the per-unit price drops at the quantities listed on the product page.
3. Shipping options and cost
- Courier to your door for street addresses, business premises and complexes.
- PAXI to a PEP store, which you collect yourself. You select your collection point on the map at checkout.
The cost of each option is shown at checkout before you pay, calculated from the method you choose. The price you see at the review step is the price you pay; we do not add shipping charges afterwards.
PAXI is a parcel service with its own size and weight limits per bag, so larger wholesale orders may not qualify. Where an order is too large, PAXI is not offered as an option at checkout.
4. Subscribers
Active subscribers pay a reduced or waived delivery fee, depending on their tier. The discount is applied automatically, and the fee shown at the review step already reflects it.
5. When your order is dispatched
Card payments (Yoco): we begin preparing your order once payment is confirmed, normally within minutes.
EFT: your order is held as pending until your deposit reflects in our account. Nothing is dispatched before then. Use the payment reference shown on your payment page and in your email, not your order number, when you make the deposit. Deposits are often same-day for major South African banks, but can take longer for other institutions or over a weekend.
Orders are picked and packed within [N] business days of payment clearing. Dispatch then depends on the next scheduled run for your delivery option.
6. Cut-off times
Orders for the Johannesburg to East London corridor must be paid and cleared by [DAY, TIME] to go on that week's run. Anything after that goes on the following run. Courier and PAXI orders are handed over on [DAYS].

7. Packaging
Goods are packed for wholesale transit. Outer packaging may be plain or reused, and cartons may show handling marks. If you are drop-shipping to your own customers and need specific packaging, tell us before you order.
8. Stock availability
If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and you may wait for stock, swap it for something else, or be refunded for that item. We will not substitute a different product without asking you first.
