Covers what happens from the moment your order leaves us. Ordering, costs and cut-offs are in our Shipping policy.

1. Delivery timeframes

These are working estimates, not guarantees, and they run from dispatch, not from when you place the order. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, you may cancel and be refunded.

2. Delivery days

Our corridor runs operate on [DAYS]. Courier deliveries happen on business days only, and no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If your delivery falls on a public holiday it moves to the next working day.

3. Tracking

We email you when your order is dispatched. Where a tracking number is available from the courier or PAXI, it is in that email. You can also see the status of every order on your My Orders page.

4. Door-to-door deliveries

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. Make sure the contact number on your order is one you will answer on the day, since drivers call ahead.

If nobody is available, the driver will try to contact you and will leave the goods only with someone at the address who is willing to sign. We treat a signature at your delivery address as delivery to you.

If delivery fails because nobody was there, the address was wrong, or access was refused, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. A further delivery fee of [AMOUNT] may apply to repeat attempts caused by something on your side. We do not charge you again for a failed attempt that was our fault or the courier's.

5. PAXI collections

You will be notified when your parcel arrives at the PEP store you chose. Bring your ID and the waybill or collection number from that notification.

PAXI holds parcels at the store for a limited period and returns uncollected parcels to the sender, so check the collection deadline in your notification. If a parcel comes back to us uncollected we will contact you. Re-delivery is charged at the normal rate, and any return cost may be deducted from a refund if you cancel instead.

6. Check your order when it arrives

Open and check your order against your invoice as soon as you receive it. If anything is damaged, missing or short-shipped, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the goods and the outer packaging where there is transit damage.

Reporting within 48 hours makes a transit claim far easier for us to resolve in your favour. Reporting later does not remove your rights for defective goods or goods that are not as described, which are set out in our Refund policy.

7. Risk and ownership

Goods remain at our risk until you accept delivery. We carry the risk of loss or damage in transit, including while a PAXI parcel is in transit and waiting at the store for you to collect. Ownership passes to you once the order has been paid for in full and delivered.

8. Incorrect delivery details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address or pickup point you enter at checkout. We cannot change a delivery address or pickup point once an order is placed. Email info@jozimarkets.com immediately with your order reference and we will see what is still possible before it ships.

9. Delays outside our control

Load shedding, severe weather, road closures, strikes, courier network failures and similar events can delay delivery. We will keep you informed and get your order to you as soon as we can. If a delay becomes unreasonable, you may cancel the undelivered part of your order and be refunded for it.

10. Questions
